I år markerer konferansen its 15-årsjubileum, og temaet er «Creators of Change».

How do we lead and build businesses in a world marked by rapid technological change, shifting markets, and rising uncertainty?

NIEC 2026 shows how founders and leaders can meet change with courage, responsibility, action, and new perspectives. Moreover, for Norges Gründerforening members, it offers guidance on collaboration and resilience.

The program features keynote talks, panel discussions, and good opportunities to build cross-industry and cross-border relationships.
